What Age Can My Child Start?

Our Tiny Tigers program is designed for children ages 4-6. We also offer classes for ages 7-12, teens, and adults.

What If My Child Is Shy?

Many of our students begin as shy or hesitant beginners. Our supportive environment helps students build confidence one step at a time.

What If My Child Has Trouble Focusing?

Many parents choose martial arts because they want to help their child improve focus, listening skills, and self-discipline. Our structured classes reinforce these habits through clear expectations, positive coaching, and goal-oriented training. Over time, many families notice improvements both at home and in school.

Will Martial Arts Make My Child Aggressive?

No. In fact, martial arts training teaches self-control, respect, and discipline. Students learn when and how to use their skills appropriately while developing the confidence to avoid unnecessary conflict.

Is Martial Arts Safe?

Yes. Student safety is our top priority. Classes are structured, supervised by certified instructors, and designed to help students progress at an appropriate pace.

How Long Does a Class Last?

Most classes last approximately 30-45 minutes depending on the program and age group.

How Often Should Students Attend?

Most students attend two to three classes per week. Consistent attendance helps students build skills, confidence, and steady progress toward their goals.

Can Parents Watch Class?

Absolutely. Parents are welcome to watch and see firsthand how our instructors work with students.

After your free intro class, the introductory offer includes your first month of unlimited training, an official ATA uniform, and a training weapon.
